Members update their own profile information. Changes sync automatically to the Membership System and linked passes.

Members can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions through the portal. Cancellation workflows are configurable per issuer.
Pass Re-issue
Members can request their wallet pass again at any time. Useful when changing phones or if a pass was accidentally removed.
